I have not received my funds
Loan applications fully verified and approved may be eligible for Real Time Funding. Real Time Funding (RTF) allows for immediate access to your funds. If eligible, customers typically receive their funds within minutes, although the exact time your funds appear in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times. RTF may be limited by banking factors, and your bank may charge you additional fees. If RTF is not available, you may be eligible for free same-day funding if approved Mon-Fri by 2:00pm CST; otherwise your funds will arrive on the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Deposit times may vary depending on your financial institution. RTF and same-day funding are not available in all states. Minto Money is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution. How can I save money on my loan?
At Minto Money, you can pay off your loan at any time without penalty. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. To make an early payment, please contact our Customer Care Team at least three business days before your next payment is due/scheduled at (844) 446-4686.
What if I need to cancel my loan?
You may cancel this loan and your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 7:00 p.m. Central Time of the third business day immediately following the Disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the date the funds were transferred to your financial institution. This may not be the same date your bank makes those funds available to you, so please call us at (844) 446-4686 as soon as possible if you want to cancel your loan. If the cancellation deadline passes, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties.

What if I need to change my payment date?
If you need to change the date of your loan payment(s), please contact our Customer Care team at (844) 446-4686 at least three business days before your next payment is due/scheduled.
How do I repay my loan?
Minto Money will make an Automatic Withdraw (ACH) from your bank account. This is the quickest and easiest method of making your loan payments. Other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders are also accepted. Your loan agreement includes a detailed payment schedule with amounts and due dates. Minto Money strongly encourages to pay off your loan early without penalties. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. If you wish to pay off your loan early, please call us at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Our customer care team is available at (844) 446-4686 to assist you in paying off your loan or to answer any questions about the terms of your loan and/or payment schedule.
