To make a payment for your installment loan you can either A) Transfer debit from your checking account into the loans account. B) Contact our customer service team at least two business days prior to your payment date. C) We also accept payments by money order or cashier’s check.
You have a right to cancel your loan. We require that you start the process by 4pm Central time the next business day after the cash disbursement. We can then set up a draft to reverse the loan proceeds.
We will set up an easy loan payment schedule for you. We will tailor the payment date in relation to your income receipt.
Our loan process is quick and simple. Once you fill out your online loan application, we will send you an email about your approval status. Once you’ve been approved and verifications have been completed, we will send you transaction documents and disclosure information for your loan. Once you read over the terms, if you agree with everything, you can electronically sign the documents. Usually, your money will be deposited within one business day. To apply for a loan you need to be at least 18 years old, not be in a bankruptcy case, and able to provide your contact information, income, and checking account.
