We issue loans in accordance with the Tribe’s Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code and we are licensed under Tribal law. Minto Money is not subject to State law, but rather applicable Tribal and federal law, and is not required to be licensed within your State. You may view our Tribal license on our website.

To apply for a loan, you need to be at least 18 years old, not currently involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, and be able to provide us with verifiable contact information, income, and an active checking account.
At Minto Money, you can pay off your loan at any time without penalty. If you choose to pay off your loan early, you will be responsible for amounts accrued and due up to your payoff date. Paying off your loan early may reduce the total finance charges. To make an early payment, please contact our Customer Care Team at least three business days before your next payment is due/scheduled at (844) 446-4686.
Minto Money can make an Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) from your bank account. This is the quickest and easiest method of making your loan payments. Other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders are also accepted. Your Loan Agreement includes a detailed payment schedule with amounts and due dates. Minto Money encourages you to pay off your loan early without penalty. If you choose to pay off your loan early, you will be responsible for amounts accrued and due up to the payoff date, and paying early may reduce the total finance charges. If you wish to pay off your loan early, please call us at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Our Customer Care Team is available at (844) 446-4686 to assist you in paying off your loan or to answer any questions about the terms of your loan and/or payment schedule.
Our loan process is fast and easy. Once you fill out your online loan application, we will send you an email about your application status. Loan application information may be subject to verification prior to finalizing the loan application process. If the loan application is approved, we will send you your Loan Agreement. You are required to review and agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Loan Agreement, prior to electronically signing. Loan applications fully verified and approved may be eligible for Real-Time Funding (“RTF”). RTF allows for expedited access to your funds. If eligible, customers may receive their funds within minutes, although the exact time your funds appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. RTF is subject to verification and banking limitations, and your financial institution may charge you additional fees. If RTF is not available, you may be eligible for free same-day funding if approved Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m. Central Time; otherwise, your funds are typically deposited on the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Deposit timing may vary depending on your financial institution. RTF and same-day funding are not available in all states. Minto Money is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.
For most customers, your funds will be deposited in your bank account as soon as the next business day after your application has been processed and approved. Same-day funding may be available if your application is reviewed and approved by 2:00 p.m. Central Time†. For loans that are processed on weekends or bank holidays, your funds will be available as soon as the next business day (weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days). To help the funding process go as quickly as possible, keep an eye out for your confirmation emails, as they may contain important information about the status of your loan. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.

You may cancel this loan and your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 3:00 PM Alaska Time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the Loan Agreement Date on your Loan Document. This may not be the same date that your financial institution makes the funds available to you. If you would like to cancel your loan, please call us as soon as possible at (844) 446-4686. If the cancellation deadline passes, you can still pay off your loan early without penalty. You will be responsible for amounts accrued and due up to l your payoff date. APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the annual rate charged for borrowing money, expressed as a single percentage that represents the cost of the loan on a yearly basis. APR is designed to allow consumers the ability to evaluate and compare loan products over a standard one-year period. Our installment loans are typically designed to be repaid over 10-18 months (term may vary), so APR may not fully reflect the total cost over the shorter loan term. This is an expensive form of borrowing and is not intended to be a long-term financial solution.
There are many factors that go into determining the APR. This is an expensive form of credit, and we encourage customers to consider paying off their loan early. Your Loan Agreement includes specific details regarding payment amounts, payment dates, rates (APR), and applicable fees. Your Loan Agreement is available to review and download at any time during the life of your loan by logging in to your account at members.mintomoney.com.
Minto Money uses many factors to determine your loan eligibility and amount. Loan amounts for qualified borrowers range from $200 to $3,000. The maximum loan amount is $3,000 for first-time customers. Not everyone will qualify for the maximum loan amount.
Minto Money provides consumer installment loans. An installment loan is a type of loan where you borrow a set amount of money and repay it over a fixed period of time with regularly scheduled payments, called installments. Payments are typically scheduled based on your pay frequency. The term of the loan may vary but is typically 10-18 months. You can pay off your loan at any time without penalty. Minto Money only accepts valid checking accounts in your name. We do not accept prepaid card accounts.

To update your banking information, please contact our Customer Care Team at (844) 446-4686. We request that banking information changes be submitted at least three business days before your next scheduled payment date to ensure the upcoming payment is processed using the updated information. If changes are not submitted at least three business days prior to your scheduled payment date, the upcoming payment may not be processed using the updated banking information, but all future payments will be processed using the updated information.
